Mehmet Erdogan is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Hudson Dunes FZCO

He brings over 30 years of experience across investment banking, private equity, and principal investing. Active in commodities trading since 2019, Mehmet has developed extensive expertise in physical trading, structured trade finance, and global supply chain execution.

In July 2025, he established Hudson Dunes FZCO as the group’s primary trading comoany. The company is the 100% shareholder of Hudson Dunes General Trading LLC, an operating entity established in 2014, providing the group with an established commercial footprint and operational continuity in international commodity trades.

Under his leadership, the Hudson Dunes integrates sourcing, refining, logistics, and financing across key global markets including Africa, the CIS, the Middle East, and Asia. The business operates with a disciplined, compliance-first approach, supported by robust risk management and institutional-grade execution standards.

Mehmet works closely with family offices, financial institutions, and strategic partners to originate and execute transactions, with a focus on capital preservation, margin discipline, and long-term commercial relationships.
