Luca Peretti is Head of Finance & Strategy at Hudson Dunes FZCO, where he leads the firm’s capital structuring, funding strategy, and financial partnerships across its global commodities trading partners.

An accomplished international entrepreneur and strategic advisor, Luca brings extensive experience across commodity trade finance, banking, and large-scale industrial and energy platforms. He is a partner in an integrated fertilizer and petrochemical energy group operating across Switzerland, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia, where he is responsible for business development and origination in the Kingdom.

Luca is also associated with a Swiss-based real estate development group with ownership interests in a fully licensed Swiss bank specialising in commodity trade finance. His professional engagements include partnerships with merchant banking institutions and collaboration with leading UAE-based funds and family offices, including Oaktree Capital Management, Bin Butti Group, and Premier Invest across London and Abu Dhabi.

He has held board and advisory roles across financial institutions and investment platforms, including Prominvest Bank and BMG Capital Group, and serves as an advisor to Julius Baer in Switzerland. Luca maintains an active presence in global economic forums, including the World Economic Forum, and is engaged in energy and finance initiatives across the MENA region.

He recently established an investment platform in the UAE in partnership with a prominent Saudi industrial group with strategic links to Saudi Aramco infrastructure ecosystems.

In addition to his commercial activities, Luca is active in philanthropy, with a focus on environmental initiatives. He is the founder of the “Green for Life” foundation in Uganda and serves as an advisor to the TAPS Foundation in the United States.

Luca joined Hudson Dunes FZCO in 2026, bringing deep expertise in capital markets, structured finance, and institutional partnerships to support the firm’s continued global expansion.
